Returns Policy
90 Days to Return:
You can return your goods any time within 90 days from the date of purchase
for whatever reason, as long as the product is undamaged and unused. We do not offer free returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. It
would help us if you could return your item in its original packaging
with all the tags etc.
Our aim is to issue all refunds within two working days of receiving the returned items into our warehouse. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. When you return items to us we suggest
that you use a secure signed for service as you have a duty of care for
the product until it is returned to us.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the outward postage, unless the order is
being cancelled under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations please see our Terms & Conditions. See below for
more detail on how to return the item(s).
Credit or debit cards can take 3-5 working days for the money to reach
you. If you paid by PayPal we will refund the money to your PayPal account. PayPal only allow us to refund you a maximum of 60 days after payment was made for your order. This includes weekends and bank holidays. We will credit your PayPal account that was used to pay for the items this may take around 5 working days to appear as cleared funds.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If the goods are damaged or faulty, please send them back to us.
If you enclose a receipt for your return postage, we will refund up to
£3.50 to your credit card to cover the cost.
When we receive the product back, we will send out a replacement item
instantly, free of charge or refund you.
How do I organise sending an item back?
Please return all items in their original product packaging with all tags, stickers etc.
Carefully package the item, just recycle the original delivery bag if you still have it and please do not place stickers on the product packaging.
Remember to include the tear off slip at the bottom of you invoice that shows your name, phone number and order number
in with the product (and a receipt for
the postage if the goods are damaged or faulty). For your own protection,
we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature
upon delivery as the item still belongs to you while it is in the postal
system and in all cases ( except faulty, damaged or incorrect items )
you must cover the cost of returning the item to us.
When cancelling an order under the Distance Selling Regulations we do
require that you return the goods to us.
