We sell and ship watch band / strap separately for limited models. Some watches need to be sent in to the Nixon Service Center for band replacement. Please call us on 08707-555-333 for band / strap replacements.
You can send in your watch for buckle or locking looper replacements for a nominal parts fee. Sometimes we may need to replace the strap entirely depending on the nature of the repair. Give us a call on 08707-555-333 for more info.
We can send some small parts out individually, depending on the watch model. Some watches need to be sent in for repair to fix these issues. Please call our Customer services on 08707-555-333 for details.
All models can be sent directly to us for battery replacement and you will incur a reasonable service charge for watches sent to us for this service. This service also includes a pressure test to ensure proper re-sealing and water resistance and we will replace any seals as necessary. Please call us for details on 08707-555-333.
Nixon offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if your watch materials aren't right or the watch isn't put together correctly, they will repair or replace your watch. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch or suffer normal wear and tear and expect them to cover it. Like all watches, their warranty doesn't cover batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss, or theft. Opening the caseback, not screwing down the crown if you have a screw crown, or pushing the buttons underwater will void the warranty.
I didn’t register my watch, or I lost my proof of purchase, can I still have it serviced under the warranty?
