Extremepie.com have a straight forward delivery policy;

Order after 2pm and your items will be sent the next working day.

For a guaranteed delivery, requiring a signature on arrival you can use the Next Day option.

Next Day option ordered on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on a Monday not a Saturday. If you require a Saturday delivery, then please select the Saturday Special delivery option.

We don't deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Please note we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to following postcodes :

IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - shetland.

All next day orders to these postcodes will be amended to the Standard postage option and the difference refunded.

Deliveries over 2Kg to the above postcodes may incur further postal charges but we will contact you before processing your order.

Parcel Force, a signature will be required upon delivery. Parcel Force can deliver up to 7:30pm. We cannot tell you at what time the order will be delivered, only the date. If you provide an email address at the checkout you will receive a message at the time your order leaves the warehouse which will allow you to track your order online..

Buying in Bulk - Please call on 0800 634 6423 if you wish to purchase items in bulk ie more than 2 items of the same style on the same order.

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or an alternative address which could be your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!

We can ship to BFPO addresses, using our standard delivery option. All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location. We are unable to ship orders over 2Kg to BFPO addresses, so please split large orders, and order heavy items separately.
