1. Frequently asked Questions
Where is my order?
The delivery details page give an estimate of how long it should take for your order to arrive. For our none guaranteed services this is the average length of time.
To find out where you order is please log into your account using your email and password to check your order status.
Please also check your delivery address and the date of purchase.
Please check which shipping option you chose - remember we don't deliver on Saturday, Sunday, Public or Bank Holidays.

What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is simple :
You can return your goods any time 90 days from the date of purchase for whatever reason, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.

When will my order by delivered?
Your order will be delivered depending on which carrier and which delivery option you selected.
You will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected Next Day UK you can track your order in realtime using the Parcelforce website, you will need you tracking number, which can be found in the email that is sent when your order leaves our warehouse or in your online account.
If you have selected Standard UK or Priority UK then you will receive an email when you order leaves our warehouse that contains your tracking number, your order can be tracked using the Royal Mail website.
Alternatively, to find out where you order is please log into your account using your email and password to check your order status and get your tracking number.

**Products that will usually weigh over 2Kg are snowboards, snowboard
bindings, 2 pairs of shoes, large luggage, orders of 5 or more clothing
items. If you have selected the incorrect weight we will advise you by
email before payment is taken and you can decide whether you want to proceed
with your order.

Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses, using our standard delivery option.
All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.
We are unable to ship orders over 2Kg to BFPO addresses, so please split large orders, and order heavy items separately.

Special orders
When you place a special order (i.e. when you custom order a surf board) you are CUSTOMISING your own product by the specifications you provide. Before confirming the order check ALL the details you have provided to ensure they are correct. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on special orders, unless we have not fulfilled the order as requested by you.
Please note: Delivery costs for surfboards and other special orders are generally different to our standard costs, due to their bulky nature, please call us if you are unsure.

Creating an account
How to register and create and account with
extremepie.com
When you click on the Register tab, we'll ask you for:
• Your name, and surname
• E-mail address – (this is important as it is used to log you in)
• Daytime telephone and mobile telephone numbers – (required so we can
quickly contact you in the event of a query with your order - if you
only have a mobile number, please enter this in both boxes)
• Password (you will also be prompted to create a password, this should
be between six and 12 characters and something you can easily remember,
but that is not too obvious!)
• You will then need to confirm this password
Simple – YOU are now a Registered User!
You'll then be taken through to an "edit your details" screen, where
you can add in your address/delivery information at any time:
• Account address - (this address should be the address to which your
selected payment card is registered i.e. where you receive your bank
or credit card statements) You can set up separate delivery addresses
clicking the delivery addresses button on the menu
• Delivery addresses - (enter a delivery address; if you want the order
delivered to you work address please make sure you enter the company
name and department to make sure your order arrives safely)
Payment details – We do not store your payment details. Every time you
order you will need to put in your payment details (credit or debit
card details only). This means you are safer shopping online with
extremepie.com
Other account features include:
• Updating your details - If any of the information that you have provided
to
extremepie.com changes (for example if you change your e-mail address) then do let
us know If you are already a registered user, then just log-in to "your
account" and make any changes and this will automatically update our
records.

Lost and undelivered orders
If you place and order with us and the parcel is lost or miss-delivered by the delivery company, you must notify us within 3 months of your being dispatched.
We will track the parcel with the delivery company and if it has been lost we will request a simple statement from you and then arrange for the order to be sent out again or for a refund to be made.
Please note: We cannot deal with any claims on lost parcels that are outside of the 3 month period.
If you place an order with us it can be cancelled at any point prior
to dispatch. An order is classed as dispatched once it has been picked,
packed and collated ready for collection by our courier.
• To cancel the order you must call us on 0800 634 6423
• If the items has been dispatched you can still return it to us as we have a 90 returns period
Contract cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that it is no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products and that you let us know in writing ( by email is fine ) that you are cancelling under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations. Please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:
# Goods made or ordered to your specification
# Personal grooming products, swimwear, lingerie, cosmetics, pierced jewellery
# DVD's if their seal is broken.

• Enter in the name of the friend you recommend and their email address – they must live at a different address to yourself.
When your friend places an order under the email address recommended by you, you receive a £10 discount voucher. The voucher will be sent 20 days after their order has been delivered.

4. Security, Privacy & Legal
As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.
What happens when you enter extremepie.com:
1. When you enter a secure area of our site, on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen
2. To double check this, you can right click on the page and select 'properties' or 'view frame info' from the list which will tell you whether you are secure or not
3. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address)
4. A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data
5. All credit card details are encrypted using Thawte 40bit - 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software
6. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser
7. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device
8. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has
9. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read
