1. Frequently asked Questions
Where is my order?
The delivery details page give an estimate of how long it should take for your order to arrive. For our none guaranteed services this is the average length of time.
To find out where you order is please use the Order Tracking Page, you will need your customer ID and the email address you used to order your goods with.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is simple :
You can return your goods any time 14 days from the date of purchase for whatever reason, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused.
Please read the full terms and conditions and use the Returns Page before send back any return items.
When will my order by delivered?
Your order will be delivered depending on which carrier and which delivery option you selected.
You will be emailed when your order leaves our warehouse.
To find out where you order is please use the Order Tracking Page, you will need your customer ID and the email address you used to order your goods with.
Can I track my order?
If your item was despatched using Royal Mail may have received a tracking code, which you can use on the Royal Mail website.
What are your delivery charges?
Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses, using our standard delivery option.
All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London. It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.
We are unable to ship orders over 2Kg to BFPO addresses, so please split large orders, and order heavy items separately.

All prices are displayed in UK sterling and include VAT.
Lost and undelivered orders
If you place and order with us and the parcel is lost or miss-delivered by the delivery company, you must notify us within 3 months of your being dispatched.
We will track the parcel with the delivery company and if it has been lost we will request a simple statement from you and then arrange for the order to be sent out again or for a refund to be made.
Please note: We cannot deal with any claims on lost parcels that are outside of the 3 month period.

If you place an order with us it can be cancelled at any point prior
to dispatch. An order is classed as dispatched once it has been picked,
packed and collated ready for collection by our courier.

• If the items has been dispatched you can still return it to us as we have a 14 returns period

Complaints
We welcome any comments about our service - we obviously love to hear that we are doing a great job (which we hopefully do most of the time!), but we also really need to hear if things occasionally do hit the fan. We depend on you to tell us how we can improve what we are doing - so, don't be backwards about coming forwards!

4. Security, Privacy & Legal
As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.
What happens when you enter Extreme Pie:
1. When you enter a secure area of our site (the checkout page), on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen but will vary between browsers.
2. To double check this, you can right click on the page and select 'properties' or 'view frame info' from the list which will tell you whether you are secure or not
3. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address)
4. A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data
5. All credit card details are encrypted using 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software
6. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser
7. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device
8. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has
9. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read
Please note: It is a crime to purchase products with a false name or with the use of an invalid credit card. (An invalid credit card is one that is created for the sole purpose of purchasing items illegally or using a credit card or its information, via theft or unauthorized use.) It is also illegal to misuse the charge back process to take advantage of merchants. If you are a victim of fraud or if you are a perpetrator, be aware that extremepie.com will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law.
What is PCI DSS Compliance?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard which at Tier 1 Certification and compliance ensures unbeatable security & protection of sensitive customer information including credit cards.
The requirements for Tier 1 Certification include:
